Meet Our Instructors

Gina Veith-Director/Owner
Miss Gina started her dance training locally at the age of 3 and went on to study at Pennsylvania Ballet School, The Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet, The High School for the Creative & Performing Arts in Phila. and what is now known as The University of the Arts. She started her teaching and professional career at 17 and performed in area dinner theaters, on local TV and with the radio station Power 99 as a "Power 99 Dancer" and taught dance at 3 different studios all at the same time. Miss Gina continued her career to perform in large scale "Vegas Style" shows and as a Magician's Assistant in such places as Egypt, Las Vegas, Reno, Guam and Atlantic City. She started teaching for Joan McGinley, who was the Director/Owner of The Studio of Ballet & Dance, for 24 years, in 1997 until 2006 when Miss Joan offered the position of Director to her. This is the 3rd year of Dance Fusion Performance Center. Miss Gina has been choreographing both the Chichester Middle & High School musicals since 1999 and lives in Bear, DE with her husband and their four children.

Joan McGinley Weitzman was the Director of her own school-The Studio of Ballet & Dance for 24 years. She studied with "The Dance Master of Philadelphia" Peter Conlow and continued her study of Ballet, Tap & Jazz in New York City. Joan performed professionally in the US and Canada. She returned to prepare for teaching, studying again with Peter Conlow & Ursula Melita and has since been teaching in the Philadelphia/Aston area. Miss Joan teaches Adult Ballet, Tap and Dance Variety.


Lisa Hernandez- Musical Theater- Lisa is a high school history teacher and has been active in theaters throughout the community for over a decade. Whether performing, choreographing, directing, or costuming over 30 area musicals such as Evita, Tommy, Oliver, and many more, Lisa hopes to share her love of this uniquely American art form with as many students as possible!
